I had an emergency with my car and called Stamford Autobody at 4:30pm on a Friday. Isaac took my car in immediately and stayed late to diagnose the issue. They had the parts in an issue fixed by 11:30 Saturday morning. Isaac was amazing and understanding and explained everything that was wrong to me and broke down the costs. I would definitely recommend.

I came back several times! They helped me on tire pressure, oil change, and battery replacement. Really nice people do things quick and provide good service. Feel like a family vibe when I go there. Very flexible for the service not like the chain auto repair brand, they can provide service based on your needs. 100% recommended!

I stopped in today to ask a question about service on my car. The woman up front (so sorry I didn't get her name, I'm assuming Sylvia from previous reviews?) was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and gave me good direction on how to handle the issues I'm experiencing with my current vehicle. They may have just gained a new customer!

Avoid this place at all costs! I stopped here in Stamford with a flat tire, expecting a quick and fair fix. They tried to charge me $45 for something any decent shop would do for around $25. Normally, I even tip $5–$10 for good service. When I refused the $45, they suddenly dropped it to $30, saying they’d just “put some liquid inside” the tire. Seriously? This is pure price gouging. If you value your money and honesty, stay away from this place. There are plenty of honest mechanics in Stamford—this isn’t one of them.

Izek and the team at Stamford Auto Repair have serviced my cars for 10 years now, I am so lucky I found this garage or I would wasted so much money at the dealerships. Over the years they have kept all my cars running perfectly. Prices are very fair and Izek is a pleasure to deal with. Overall 10 out of 10
